250 Yonge Street is the the third office tower in the Toronto Eaton Centre. The building is clad in silver blue double glazed curtainwall to the south and double glazing with white aluminium spandrels to the north. These design characteristics will architecturally unify"the three" office towers of the Eaton Centre Complex. There is a 45' high lobby finished in polished and flamed granite and accented with polished brass. It may be entered from both Yonge Street and the Eaton Centre Galleria. All common areas, elevator lobby, washrooms and corridors are finished in fine quality finishes. There are 2 banks of 8 elevators and 1 freight elevator. The building has supervised communication and alarm system. The building has a 9' foot finished ceiling height. The acoustic tile ceiling is complete with flourescent light fixtures, sprinkler heads and HVAC distribution. The 16th floor is a mechanical floor. Ventilation hours are from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Mondays to Saturdays; extra hours are at $30.57 per hour. This project will have direct access from Yonge Street and the Eaton Centre Galleria. Handicapped access will be provided from within the Eaton Centre.
