The agreement arising from this solicitation (i.e. Revocable Permit) would be effective upon approval by the Los Angeles Board of Harbor Commissioners and execution by the Executive Director of the Harbor Department (Executive Director) and would thereafter be revocable at any time by the Proposer or by the Executive Director, upon the giving of at least one hundred and eighty (180) days’ written notice to the other party.
