25 Cabot Square has been transformed into a state-of-the art, office-led building of c. 500,000 sqft with a brand new office reception and leisure offering on the ground floor. The office element is now fully let to tenants including Morgan Stanley, serviced office provider Spaces and the government department Office of Rail and Road. This has meant that employee numbers has a peak capacity of 3400 per day.
