The building was constructed in the late 70's by two retired auto mechanic pals and housed their two shops. In 1980 storage areas were built. Both mechanics have now passed away and one of those shops is being rented. The property is being updated with new electrical service and asphalt driveway. The fence is being completed with barbed wire being installed on top of the 7' chain link fence. The roof was redone last year.
