The ECC& R's currently permit up to 71,500 sf of retail and parking at 4:1,000 is required. No use can directly compete with Lowe's mainline product lines, such as a Harbor Freight or paint store. Lowe's, their land owner, and Dick's Drive Inn would all need to approve of any Amendment to the ECC&R's. The location is 4-blocks South of the new Kent-Midway Station Light Rail platform.
