Our cost-efficient warehouse provides a variety of features that creates flexibility in meeting customers’ demands. Building T1-79 offers 36,000 sq. ft. with 2,160 total square feet of office space. It has 10 truck docks at each end with a ramp allowing drive-in access directly into each side of the building. It also has 3-phase power to meet most companies’ needs. This building can be subdivided into two 18,000 sq. ft. bays if necessary.
