TwentyFour25 West Loop South is an Iconic, Grade A building in the heart of Houston’s retail and food destination, the Galleria. The building itself is in walking distance or a 5 min car ride to the Galleria Mall, an upscale mixed-use urban development shopping mall located in the Uptown District of Houston with over 30 million visitors per year, as well as the River Oaks District, an outdoor shopping complex of global luxury brands. TwentyFour25 was designed in the 1980s by world renowned architect, I.M. Pei. To honor his legacy work, TwentyFour25 has been recently refurbished and continues to undergo significant upgrades with a new health and wellness amenities for the tenants, and a new ground floor tenant conference facility and tenant lounge.
