There are two suits available in this office space. Currently there is a holistic Marriage & Family Therapist, and a licensed massage therapist. We are looking to add two other professionals which could be in the health and beauty industry. The office was just remodeled with LPV flooring, fresh paint, and decor. There is a lobby, an administrative office, wifi, printer, microwave, fridge available there. The front office which is the larger one has it's own wall AC so you can control your own temperature. The monthly rent for the front office is $450 and for the second smaller office it is $425 per month which includes utilities. 6% tax is not included.
