Roses Express building was constructed for Winn Dixie in 1987. Maxway; a division of Variety Wholesalers was operating in 15,600 sqft space since it opened in 1971. The Winn Dixie building was up-fitting in 2015; approximate cost $320,000 with new HVAC Systems, floor tiles and interior improvements. Their move was after Walmart came into the market.
