The Cranberry Cove Plaza currently consists of an existing 115,425 square foot shopping center including a Super Stop & Shop Supermarket, a TJ Maxx store and a Papa Gino’s restaurant with a total of 521 parking spaces. Primary access to the site is provided by way of the signalized driveway and two secondary driveways. This very successful year round shopping plaza is utilized by local and regional consumers from Provincetown to East Harwich, including Chatham and Brewster. During the summer season the trade area population doubles and at times triples.
