In the Munsell Road Industrial Overlay District, no building, structure or premises shall be used or occupied and no building or part thereof shall be so erected or altered, except for one or more of the following purposes: A. Lumberyard. B. Manufacturing, only within a building. C. Nursery/garden center. D. Stone and mason supply. E. Warehouse. F. Commercial bus storage facility. G. Storage of heavy, construction vehicles and equipment. H. Motor vehicle repair. I. Outdoor storage. J. Trucking terminal. K. Outdoor or overnight parking of registered vehicles.
