The town of Royton is located 2 miles north of Oldham, 8 miles north east of Manchester city centre and 3.5 miles south of Rochdale. The A627(M), M62 and M60 are all easily accessible, which in turn link with the M56, M66, M6 and M1 Motorways and Manchester Airport is 18 miles to the south west and accessible via the M60.
