SBMC is home to a diverse array of businesses supporting Seattle’s vibrant maritime industry, including commercial and recreational vessel service providers, marine insurance specialists, marketing firms, and vessel and systems designers. SBMC is a clean, efficient working office campus and superyacht facility. SBMC has 85,000 square feet of flex, light industrial, office space, and moorage slips accommodating vessels to 240 feet.
