233 Commercial St. was built in 1867 by McCauley and Starkey they went off to the gold rush in California made a fortune and came back to Salem and built themselves a building. One of the oldest historical structures in the state of Oregon still standing and then beautiful condition. I've owned the building for almost 30 years, I put about $600,000 into the building. I don't believe in slum lording my buildings or my properties and as you can see this one is gorgeously cared for. I've enjoyed all of my tenants over the years, they have had long tendencies. It's an ideal location in downtown Salem, couldn't get a better location in fact. The rent is more than reasonable, I pay for your water sewer, and garbage. I'm willing to take a three-year lease, with three consecutive renewable terms. I am open and available to hear about your ideas if you'd like to do some of your own upgradings for your perfect space. I'm very easy to work with and it would be my pleasure to host you and have you be my tenant. Please contact me at 503-930-3020 my name is Angela Jones
