Freestanding industrial building with multiple cranes in Nisku. Built in 2002, and expanded in 2007, this facility has full crane coverage in the shop with seven 10-ton hoists. The pre-engineered steel structure has make-up air throughout the shop and features 11 Drive-in doors with 2 drive-through bays. There is a fully built out office area over two floors including 10 offices, boardroom, and lunchroom. The yard is fully graveled, fenced, and has two access points.
