Built around 1911 for Cleveland's garment trade and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Bloch Building is a loft office space at the east edge of downtown. A 2010 renovation — the developer behind Tower Press — left the bones intact: heavy steel and masonry structure, 12-foot unfinished ceilings, oversized windows on all four elevations, and full floor plates of roughly 18,000 square feet that divide easily. Over the years, the building has drawn a tenant mix you don't assemble by accident — architects, photographers, an auction house, an acting school, research labs, technology and design firms.
