Built in 1988 and designed by renowned architect Cooper Carry Associates, Wildwood Center stands in a class by itself in Atlanta' s Northwest-Cumberland/Galleria submarket. Trophy-quality finishes and unique design elements highlight the building' s classical architectural style, the hallmark of which is the central lobby atrium that extends to the fifth floor and includes the 15-foot bronze statue set on a 30-foot granite base titled Eagle Domain by Sculptor Muriel Castanis. Wildwood Center is situated contiguous to and benefits from the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area, over 1,200 acres of federally protected forest land and nature trails, yet is only minutes from the bedroom communities, major expressways and the many amenities found in Northwest Atlanta. The Building provides a truly unique office environment, and has earned a reputation as one of the preeminent office parks in the Southeast. Our customers at the building agree that the combination of unparalleled services, striking architecture and a beautiful setting make Wildwood Center one-of-a-kind. Air conditioning is provided by one of two, energy efficient Carrier or Trane, (825 tons of capacity each), water chillers designed to provide tenants with reliable back up redundancy. Conditioned air is delivered to the building through Carrier air handling units located on every floor in each office tower. Medium air pressure duct work provides quiet, constant volume air through ceiling mounted air grills. Fresh air intake fans distribute outside air during business hours. Heat is rejected from roof mounted cooling towers for energy efficiency.
