This six-story, 360,000-square-foot building has long housed Alight Solutions as the sole tenant and user and is now being repositioned as a new, Class A multi-tenant environment with the largest contiguous floor plates (up to 74,000 square feet) that cannot be found in any other buildings in the Research Park. Common area and lobby renovations are now complete, as well as the addition of a Foxtail Coffee Cafe that is now open! The next phase of renovations will include dining & lounge area and state of the art fitness center. Additional upgrades include landscaping and parking lot enhancements as well as mechanical and building automation system upgrades.
