Located in the heart of downtown Ashland in the Arts and Entertainment district, this building has been a restaurant in the past. It has a kitchen hood, and a kitchen area already walled off and ready for equipment. This building is also located on the corner of 16th and our art alley, which is a unique tourist destination. We are flexible with our leasing option in regards to rental rates, terms and trading some free rent to offset some of the renovation cost.
