It offers 196 guest rooms with the standard size rooms at 350 square feet. 150 Units have a kitchen and is designed to meet the needs of extended-stay guests, offering comfort and functionality. The hotel underwent strong renovations in 2021-2022, and more room renovations updates are in process in 2025. 18 studio units have been renovated, including tub-to-shower conversion, to provide updated and modern accommodations. In addition, the pool and pool deck have been resurfaced, the exterior of the hotel has been freshly painted, and new Amadeo door locks have been installed for extra security.
