226 E. Flagler Street (“the Property”) is an 8,200 square foot two-story retail property located in the heart of Downtown Miami and
on the newly pedestrianized Flagler Street redesign. The Property features 30 feet of frontage on East Flagler street and a large
outdoor seating area.
The City of Miami has allocated $30 million to transform Flagler Street to create a festival street from Biscayne Boulevard to NW 1 Avenue by raising the road to the same grade as the sidewalks, changing it to a curbless street, and adding pavers in the vehicular travel lanes. The goal is to deliver an enriched pedestrian experience with expanded sidewalks, outdoor dining, improved lightning, signage, public art and seating areas to improve the quality of life through a safer and more attractive shared space.
Next door, A multilevel entertainment complex with a focus on dining is coming to downtown Miami — and some of Miami's top names have signed up to participate. The seven-level, multiuse establishment will include a
rooftop restaurant helmed by a yet-to-be-named celebrity chef, a basement speakeasy-themed bar, and three floors dedicated to more than 20 food and beverage concepts.
