ENTITLED FOR UP TO 144 MULTI-FAMILY UNITS PER PLANNING BOARD. The proposed CUP would allow a multi-family residential development in a mixed-use neighborhood. Recommended condition of approval #4 requires future residential density to comply with maximum densities established under the Residential High Density (RH) District Minimum Lot Area Standards, which would allow for up to 144 residential units, not taking into account parking, landscaping, and other development requirements per the CUP (see supplemental docs).
