The first 7500 sq ft were built I believe in the late 70's, It has a full sized inside wash bay. The entire yard is fenced and leveled for more building opportunities. It has a brand new upstairs office that can comfortably sit three desks with lots of room. Downstairs under the main office is a lunch/break room next to our Forman's office, Storage room and full bathroom. It has air throughout the building as well as overhead heat. There are also multiple three phase outlets for heavier production.
