Property being sold "as is" with no warranties or representations by the Seller or Landmark Realty of any kind. The cost of title commitment and insurance and any closing costs will be shared equally between the Seller and the Buyer. The Seller shall not be responisbile to pay any commission for the sale. Any commission/compensation of 6% will be paid by the buyer to the listing agency.
