REUNION SQUARE is a multi-phase, master-planned, 1.5million SF development on eight acres in Historic Anacostia. Under the Planned Unit Development, total buildout for Reunion Square will have approximately 950,000 SF of office, 130,000 SF of neighborhood serving retail, and approximately 480 multi family residential units.
HISTORIC ANACOSTIA is well situated between the Navy yard, the new Homeland Security headquarters, and St. Elizabeth’s and is in a stage of rapid revitalization with the recent opening of Busboys and Poets restaurant and a new Starbucks. The next phase of the Reunion Square development is a 219,000 SF LEED Gold office building with 7,000 SF of prime ground-floor retail. This building will be the new Headquarters for the District of Columbia’s DC Health. The new office building is currently under construction and expected to deliver in Q4 2024.
