South 40 Distribution Center consists of two warehouse buildings; 498,640 SF and 15,147 SF, respectively within Raleigh city limits just south of I-440. South 40 Distribution Center was built in phases starting in 1956 through the mid 1970s. The site totals 30.8 acres and includes newly paved truck court, parking lot and lay-down yard.
