industrial functions, with proper grading for stormwater management. In addition to the building’s square
footage, 10 parking spaces are designated for covered parking. These spaces will be canopy-protected from the
parking spaces to the building. The covered parking is necessary to properly protect and store the Company’s
Fleet vehicles.
