Building #1 is 7,000 sqft and can be divided into two 3,500 sqft units. Each unit would have a 12'x14' roll up door and 7'x7' Storefront glass door. In case tenant wants to rent only half he will have to build a 2 hour Fire Wall. This can be deducted from his initial rental dues.
