This is a fully operational turnkey restaurant and bar building featuring outdoor live music stage with beer garden and roof top deck. Perfectly situated downtown Cle Elum and highly convenient for locals, visitors and passers by. The building was turned inside out and completely rebuilt in 2021 with all new systems including the additional kitchen building, new roof, reinforced structure, rooftop deck, HVAC, fire sprinklering and electrical system upgrades. The restaurant layout was designed by one of Seattle’s most well-known chefs with the intention for dual concepts that included two kitchens both with a type 1 hood.
