This property is in The Commerce Crossing Industrial Park. Commerce Crossing is located right off Exit 32 from I64E. There is great road visibility from 64 of this park. The warehouse has all upgraded pavement to handle forklifts, semis, and heavy duty trucks. The inside concrete has also been upgraded for heavy duty use.
