215 Endicott Street is on the periphery of the North End of Boston with MASSIVE open exposure to a huge intersection of 5 primary streets: North Washington Street, Commercial Street, Causeway Street, Endicott Street (secondary)and the iconic Charlestown Bridge, currently nearing construction. Vehicular traffic is heavy in this area and so is the pedestrian traffic. The heavy pedestrian traffic at this particular intersection consists of ticket holders for daily events at the TD Gardens, just two blocks away, as well as constant tourist traffic from downtown Boston, walking back and forth over the Charlestown Bridge to visit the Constitution and other sites. The location can be clearly seen from The Charlestown Bridge which is a major entry point, both vehicular and pedestrian, to the City of Boston. Other constant pedestrian traffic includes daily downtown workers and thousands of patrons at the many North End restaurants and establishments.
The first floor is bricked and zoned for retail/office. The space consists of 425 square feet. It can easily accommodate an ATM and perhaps a small banking area.
