The East Gate Shopping Center is a great retail/ office center. Its intersection upgrades will be completed soon, along with new landscaping, bike lanes, and top-coat asphalt. Crosswalks, left-hand turn lanes, and new traffic lights have already been installed on all sides. There is prominent tenant building signage and monument pylon signage. The center is home to local and national tenants of retail and office operations, including Dunkin', Pacific Grove Chinese Kitchen, Village Cleaners, and more.
