One of the most iconic buildings in Charlevoix has been recently restored to an impeccable level. Originally built in 1915 as the BlanchardHardware Company, Inc. and later home to The Kroger Grocery and Baking Company (and then Kroger Supermarket) from the 1930s tothe 1970s, The Kroger Lofts building has been restored to its original brick facade with many of its original finishes and design elementsintact.
