This is required by code and will dramatically increase curb appeal • Demolition and repouring of select cement sidewalks and ramps for repair and/or to meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements • Re-milling and restriping of the entire parking lot In addition, all current vacancies will be updated with new HVAC, LED lights, ceiling tiles and ADA restrooms
