The City of Pinole is pleased to announce the opportunity to purchase and develop 2100 San Pablo Avenue in the heart of Old Town Pinole. This 2.31 acre lot has a 2,632 s.f. building known as the Faria House, one of the oldest buildings in Pinole. The City is excited to partner with an experienced developer to revitalize this site.
