2100 Park Place was completely remodeled in June 2021 into the most contemporary workplace imaginable. The remodel consisted of adding amenities such as: ? Two exterior patios outfitted with bbq’s and ample seating and lighting ? Parking areas are equipped with electric vehicle chargers For the workspaces, this building has reimagined the working environment to provide flexibility: ? All workstations have integrated sit-to-stand functionality ? Ample flexible seating to break up the spaces for huddles, breaks and lounging ? Private meeting spaces from single uses to larger meetings ? An even larger space for collaboration and brainstorming The goal of the remodel was to provide flexibility and comfort for employees. The renovation provides employees with the opportunity to virtually work from anywhere within the building.
