Ajo Center, located at the SEC of I-10 & Ajo Way (aka US 86) at Kino Corridor in Tucson, AZ. This site is just two miles from downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona, and the Tucson International Airport. At the other corner of this intersection is the Bridges, a new 360-acre mixed-use project, which includes a new 200,000 sq. ft. GEICO building that employs over 700 people. The Bridges also includes the University of Arizona Biosciences and Research Technology Park, which recently opened its first phase. J-Ted recently completed the first of two 50,000 sq. ft. tech education buildings. Costco, Super Wal-Mart, Cinemark, Dave and Busters, Planet Fitness, several restaurants, two hotels, a new apartment community, and a single-family residential subdivision have been built at The Bridges. Currently, Bass Pro Shops is under construction. Ajo Center is also located next to the Kino Sports Complex, which is also undergoing significant expansion, and the Banner Hospital at Kino. Mosaic Quarter, a large entertainment and sports complex, is being developed directly across I-10 from Ajo Center.
Raising Canes and Rudy’s Real Texas BBQ Restaurant are now open. In Ajo Center there are three PADs fronting Ajo Way available for ground lease or BTS. Parcels 4 and 5 are available for purchase.
