Purpose Built, extremely energy efficient PUE 1.1 Tier III Date Center in Bend, Oregon. Bend is the Northwests' disaster recovery center for a catastrophic event. This 14,600 SF state of the art facility was constructed with ICF concrete walls, Munters indirect evaporation cooling N+1, including UV treatment. Same as Facebook in Prineville. Property has 10 MW of power allocated. Currently served by 2.5 MW, enough to energize 240 high power 10-32 kw server racks. Two 750 kw diesel generators serve the facility, designed to be upgraded to 1250 kw power plants when required. This facility needs an owner/operator!
