Showings by appointment only after Buyer's Broker and potential buyer's have signed a non-disclosure, confidentiality agreement after which Seller's Broker will release financial information and copies of the existing lease. No commission shall be paid by Seller to Buyers Broker. All commission owed to Buyers Broker must be paid by Purchaser.
