The UBC Sauder Powerhouse Project (PHX) is a new 10-storey academic and office building under construction at the University of British Columbia's Point Grey campus, designed to support the continued growth of the Sauder School of Business. The project will add approximately 141,420 square feet of institutional space featuring classrooms, lecture theatres, learning labs, offices, event venues, and collaborative learning environments. Positioned along West Mall, one of UBC's primary pedestrian corridors, the building will serve one of Canada's leading business schools upon its anticipated 2027 completion.
