This family loved the community and the 17+ acres of beautiful wooded land with a creek and an old market/antiques store (all contents included) stuffed full of antiques. The reviews on trip advisor, or their fb page are heart warming. All you have to do is google the address and see what the visitors had to say : "Powder Mill Hill Trading Post". This land is a beautiful wooded area that just waits for your vision. Imagine reinventing this old store! All you have to do is bring your vision, and your hard work and this community will be delighted in the new "old" store.
