Douglas Flex Center was recently remodeled with new roof, façade, electrical, air conditioning, parking and new offices (about 15% of TSF). The building has 17' clear heights with both the offices and warehouse space air conditioned in most units. The front side of the buildings has glass, storefront entrances, with grade level loading on the back side of the buildings. It is designed for multiple tenants, with the spaces generally being a multiple of 2,125 SF.
