This industrial park will be breaking ground Q1 2025. The completed project will feature 8 Class-A tilt wall industrial buildings and offer a range of footprints, depending on the building. The initial 2 buildings delivered will offer: - Building B2: Twenty (20) 1,800 RSF spaces with 25% office/restroom and one overhead door. - Building B3: Five (5) 5,500 RSF spaces with 14% office/restroom and two overhead doors. - Additional buildings groundbreaking dates TBD.
