Hilltop Lodge has an 80 year history of being operated by families with a commitment to providing quality accommodations & outstanding guest service. Extensive renovations and updates have been completed in the last three years, including the addition of microwaves, fridges, coffee makers and flat screen TVs to each room. Other updates include new mattresses, linens, window treatments, faucets, shower heads, lighting, artwork, landscaping, furniture, and barn doors. All guest rooms, cabins, and the residence have new paint inside and out. A number of guest rooms have new carpet or laminate flooring, in addition to the lobby, office, and residence. The property also features an array of outdoor amenities in its big backyard, including picnic tables with umbrellas, hammocks, grills, yard games, bicycle rentals, and a fire pit. Continental breakfast is also offered for guests. The residence includes 1 bedroom and 1¾ bathrooms, with an additional room that could easily serve as a second bedroom. Ideal for a couple or small family that wants to own/operate the business. Operates May-September currently but could be open year-round for snowmobile, ice fishing and winter event business such as the Arrowhead 135 Ultramarathon and Icebox Days.
