Location: The subject property is located in the northwest section of Oklahoma
County, one quarter mile south of Covell Road and on the east side
of County Line Road. This location is about 4.5 miles north of the
Kilpatrick Turnpike and four miles east of the Piedmont business
district. The assigned physical address is 20000 N County Line Road,
Piedmont, Oklahoma. It is within a predominantly undeveloped
agricultural section of the northwestern area of Oklahoma County
although close to several developing subdivisions and scattered
acreage home sites. The location is in the unincorporated area of
Oklahoma County and immediately east of the incorporated
community of Piedmont Oklahoma. The immediate surrounding
improvements are minimal and consist of various residential
subdivisions, scattered acreage home sites and agricultural use
properties as well as the Monastery.
Legal Description: The site contains approximately 55+/- acres and is located mostly in
the SW/4 NW/4 of Section 19 Township 14 North Range 4 West of
the Indian Meridian in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. No survey
was provided for the subject tract and the legal description was
obtained from the Oklahoma County assessor records and deeds.
Site Description: The tract is located on the east side of County Line Road which is
the dividing line between Oklahoma County on the east and
Canadian County on the west. The tract has about 2,000 feet of
frontage along County Line Road and is roughly a triangular shaped
parcel. The general topography is considered to be level to gently
rolling and is comprised of grasses, some wooded areas, some
cultivation, a natural drainage creek and an approximate 2.5 acre
engineered pond. The tract has perimeter six foot chain link fencing
and about 1,100 linear feet of decorative metal fencing. According
to the Oklahoma Water Resources Board map, there appears to be a
4” water line on the east side of County Line Road that provides
rural water from the Deer Creek Rural water system to the subject.
