A. $10,000,000.00 for the Property with the improvements constructed in accordance with Owner's existing plans known B. $8,000,000.00 for the Property with the improvements constructed in accordance with Owner's Existing Plans limited to "cold shell" consisting of only of a bare, unimproved shell lacking interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, elevators, and any other systems.
