The most valuable and unique facet of Alto Intermodal 45’s design is its generous 40’ clear height. This lofty advantage provides 17% more pallet capacity than a 36’ clear height and 40% more than 32' (assuming a standard pallet height of 58”). The positioning of Alto Intermodal 45 is just as efficient as the facility’s features. In less than three minutes, transporters can access the Union Pacific Intermodal Terminal for quick rail service, zip to Interstate 45, and reach Downtown Dallas in 15 minutes. The facility’s connectivity will soon be further enhanced as the proposed Loop 9 project will connect to Interstate 45, a few miles away. This incredible access has brought logistics operations from Amazon, Unilever, Nike, and Ace Hardware within five minutes of the center. Walmart has over two million square feet planned a few miles west.
