The local owner built and opened the Old Bisbee Brewery Company in Old Town Bisbee along the historic Brewery Gulch. The buildings and equipment are modern and the state-of-the art. This 10-barrel brewery was custom designed and built for this specific highly visible site. The equipment is all stainless steel with modern digital controls. The tap room also includes an 850 square foot owner’s suite on the 2nd floor, which is available for rent and has been a very popular place to stay. Beyond the Brewery Tap/ Spirit Room, there is also a scenic outdoor shaded patio overlooking the town. The Old Brewery Tap/Spirit Room has been open for 365 days a year for 15 years.
