This unique unit is considered a NO VIEW unit. It still gets great light but does not have a direct view of the beach. It is located in the rear of building 1 on our property, in its own little corner with only someone above you so it has a certain privacy about it that makes it the perfect office space. The unit is accompanied by access to our Rooftop Deck, Conference Room, Commons Restroom with a shower and lockers, and 1 garage parking space.
