Proposed Project Summary: the proposed Bella Vista Village is going to be a beautiful mixed-use development in Washington Twp., located on 17 acres of vacant land on the traffic corner of County House Rd & Delsea Drive Rd (A.K.A. State Route 47) of which about 50% to be developed and the remaining wooded area to stay as open space for the property. This site has a 2,200 ft frontage of on two roads with proposed concrete sidewalk with paver edges, benches, decorative lighting, beautiful landscaping park-like setting, and a gazebo, and detention basins, etc. The project will have about 20,000 SF retail/medical offices on the ground floor and 60 residential units on 2nd and 3rd floors, 200 parking spaces, plus another pad for possible future a dozen more residential units.
